Texas physician licenses expire on one of four dates: February 28, May 31, August 31, or November 30. Even-numbered licenses expire in even years and odd-numbered licenses in odd years, and you renew every two years. Online renewal opens 60–90 days before expiration. TMB won't let you renew until CE Broker shows your CME as Complete and proof of lawful presence is on file.
